Like many industry operators, licence applicants and industry advisors, us Parliamentarians (and Secretariat) have concerns about the amount of time it takes the UKGC to respond to our letters and emails. While we respect that responses cant be immediate we do beleive that they should happen in a resonable period of time so that answers can be had and decisions made in an acceptable timeframe.

We will therefore keep a record of how long it takes for the UKGC to respond to any of our communications to prove to the world how a public body deals with the information requests coming from the institution (Parliament) that created it.
