Once on the Events mailing list and having accepted our terms & conditions and GDPR requirements, you will be informed by email of the next meeting (it will also be published on the Future Meetings page) and invited to attend. You will need to send an email requesting attendance. Requests for attendance will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis as our meeting rooms have maximum capacities. Should you be chosen to attend then you will be sent an invitation to attend.

Your invitation to attend is your entrance ticket to the meeting. You need to bring the invitation with you to be allowed entrance. You will not be allowed entrance to the meeting if you fail to bring the invitation. The invitation will provide you with details of when and where the meeting is being held, how to gain access to the Palace of Westminster and the rules of conduct, that by attending, you agree to abide by. Any person failing to abide by the rules of conduct will be removed by Security if necessary.
